Teams

Serving on team is the best way to connect and grow with others. We offer our time and resources to create a space for people to connect with God, just as others have generously done for us.

Sunday Teams

These teams operate every Sunday and create a space where people can be welcomed home.

Hosting

When our guests arrive on Sunday, this team is the first impression people have of C3. We want people to feel blown away by the love, fun and enthusiasm of our church.

Hospitality

Here at C3, we love to EAT. This team works together to serve the church and community by creating a welcoming and warm experience through catering to all who enter our doors.

Cafe

Our cafe team consists of coffee and tea connoisseurs. By staying in sync with the city coffee (and tea) scene, this team ensures everyone is well-caffeinated and hydrated as they attend C3.

C3 Kids

Our C3 kids team invests in the lives of the next generation. Our kids are built up in their faith in God through Bible-based activities, worship, videos, puppets, games, and more.

Worship

This team exists to see people enter into the presence of God through worship and lead the way in living sacrificially in all areas of life.

Screens

This team is always one step ahead as they keep the congregation connected throughout the service.

Lighting

Our lighting team plays a pivotal role in crafting a safe and warm atmosphere of worship and reverence.

Sound

Our sound team works hand-in-hand with the worship team to lead our church in praise of our King. And yes, we like it loud.

Service Producing

Our service producers direct the flow of our services, ensuring each element unfolds seamlessly. Their strategic oversight is vital to bringing our community together in a harmonious celebration of faith.

Capture

Through still photography and in-service video cameras, this team captures everything at C3 to highlight and tell the story of God woven throughout our church community.

Social Media

Our social team are creating content to connect with YOU and your friends online. It’s the best window into our church that shows people there is HOPE here.

Live Video

This team gets to capture our service and stream to thousands online all over the world! Watch it live, replay it - there is no stopping people hearing the word! Training is available!

Mid-week Teams

These teams operate throughout the week to help support the way we do church.

Copywriting

Got a gift of words? This team connects with people on every platform, writing copy that is alive, engaging and draws in every reader!

Film

Can you use a camera? Good at organizing people? A trained editor? We produce our very own content from Kids right through to short films and there is space for you. Help us tell the greatest story there is to tell - the story of Jesus!

Design

Are you a graphic designer? Art Director, Project manager? We create all of our designs in-house and get to dream up every single piece together! This team brings to life content that is seen in print right through to digital so the scope is endless!

New Person Connections

Every week we see new people coming in and our aim is that every single person could find home here. This team is the mid-week connection point to make sure every person is able to find their fit and their people.

Web

Designer? Developer? Good with technology and interested in learning? Our website has been built with you in mind! With thousands of hits every month, this is our central meeting place for people online and you can be part of keeping that current and engaging.
