Internship
The C3 Toronto Internship is our leadership program designed to offer an immersive discipleship experience. This intensive five-month period will challenge you, grow your faith, and expand the leadership gift within you. From theological course content and real-life ministry testimonies to hands-on church experience and behind-the-scenes serving, the Internship operates at the nexus of in-class learning and on-the-ground discipleship.

What to Expect
In-Person Sessions
Enjoy in-person sessions once a week (Wednesdays) consisting of prayer and bible study, in-class teaching in the morning, and partnering with your Staff Leader in the afternoon to work on ministry opportunities.
Hands-on Ministry
Experience hands-on ministry, especially behind the scenes. There is so much that happens that many do not see—you’ll get to see it, be a part of it, and grow your ministry in that environment.
Discipleship
Receive intentional investment from a C3 Toronto Staff Leader within a specific ministry area.
C3 Toronto Experience
Be exposed to the C3 Toronto Staff Team through weekly sessions where real-life ministry experiences (the good and the bad!) are shared along with exclusive leadership teachings.
Practical Growth
Engage and learn as we complete theological and practical leadership courses together.
Fun and Laughter
Have fun and laugh a ton! We like to have fun as we learn. There will be entertaining team-building exercises and lots of laughter in class and as we grow together.
